The product is an anti-mite and anti-bacterial finishing agent developed for household textile industry, which is suitable for household textiles including weft knitted fabrics and warp knitted fabrics and floor covering fabrics.
The product can be widely used in mattresses, bedspreads, pillows, bed sheets, pillowcases, curtains, wall coverings, blankets, indoor textiles, decorations and furniture fabrics.

Application methods:
The product can be used by padding, spraying, coating and foam application.
In order to achieve the dual protection of anti-bacteria and dust mite repellent, it is recommended that the dosage of JYK AMB-120 on the fabric be 1-2% weight ratio of the fabric, and in order to obtain water washing resistance, it is recommended to use 1-2% weight ratio of the fabric fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET.
Padding method: undiluted JYK AMB-120 should be added to the treatment solution while stirring at the end, and adjusted to the required pH: 4-7; At the same time, wetting agent can be added to improve padding liquid ratio,if it is necessary.
Test methods:
Anti-mite performance: it can be tested according to JIS L1920, GB/T 24253-2009 and other standards; HPLC can also be used to determine the content of active ingredients in textiles.
Antibacterial property: It can be tested according to AATCC-100, AATCC-147, JIS L1902, GB/T 20944.2 and GB/T 20944.3 and other standards.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. In order to obtain the best treatment effect, it is recommended to set the treated fabric twice, and the finishing should be carried out in the second setting. Generally, the setting temperature is 130-150 ℃, and it is recommended not to exceed 150 ℃.

Storage:
Store in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
